Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced and dedicated Corporate Law Paralegal.
Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to range from approximately 10‑20 hours per week.
Paralegal Requirements
High‑level Corporate experience
Early‑stage associate work
Strong M&A experience
Well‑organized and proven ability to meet deadlines
Self‑starter and able to work independently
Pay Rate:
Starts at $30/hour.
