Maintenance Specialist II SHIFT:
2 nd 2:00pm-10:00pm ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES (include but not limited to): Troubleshooting pneumatics, hydraulic, 24VDC control circuits and mechanical fixtures. Troubleshooting and repair of complex automated equipment including mechanical, pneumatic and electrical control circuits Troubleshooting of motor control circuits ranging from 24V to 480V three phase power distribution and motors. Basic welding and fabrication skills to meet the needs of production floor. Working knowledge of RCM and Preventative Maintenance principles, schedules and routines. Working knowledge of PLC’s to be used as a troubleshooting tool Candidate must be willing to work overtime to maintain equipment. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS)
Required
High School Diploma or GED 1-2 Years Technical School in Maintenance related field or 3+ years’ experience with industrial automation equipment Engineering/maintenance experience in industrial or manufacturing facilities Proficient with Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, PLCs and HMIs Excellent communication, both verbal and written, as well as organizational skills Ability to interact professionally within the company and with the customer Experience in repair and analysis of mechanical and electronic systems Experience with mechanical devices, machine tools (conveyors, pneumatics, hydraulics, etc.) and equipment relating to manufacturing or distribution equipment Hands on maintenance and troubleshooting experience with knowledge of all aspects of machine troubleshooting, process and machine improvements, PM plans, and installation of new equipment Organized, detail oriented, and accurate Able to work OT (pre and post shift) when needed (short notice at times) High level of teamwork Physical Demands:
Occasionally required to lift up to 40 lbs. Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, and move throughout the facility Work will primarily take place in a warehouse/production environment Exposure to warehouse/production environment
