About the Role This role involves supporting safety and environmental training initiatives.
Responsibilities
Redesign and modernize EHS training materials using Microsoft PowerPoint
Transform existing presentations into visually engaging, learner-friendly formats
Coordinate and schedule employee training sessions
Update online training records and internal communication systems
Maintain medical and emergency response supplies, including PPE
Communicate effectively with hourly employees and management
Assist with process improvements and documentation organization
Qualifications
Previous experience in administrative support, document management, or clerical work
Required Skills
Strong PowerPoint skills, with working knowledge of Outlook and Excel
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to manage timelines and complete tasks independently
Strong written and verbal communication skills
