We are seeking a Structured Settlement Administrator to join our team. This individual will play a key role in managing structured settlement cases from inception to completion, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Process and administer structured settlement cases, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
Coordinate with insurance companies, attorneys, claimants, and brokers to manage the settlement process.
Maintain detailed records of settlement transactions and client communications.
Review and verify court orders, settlement agreements, and funding documents.
Track case milestones and follow up to ensure timely execution of settlement disbursements.
Respond to client and partner inquiries with professionalism and attention to detail.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
Support internal audits and assist with process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Your Expertise
Ideally 5+ years of experience in structured settlements case management.
High degree of proficiency in structured settlement quoting software as well as Microsoft Office.
Strong knowledge of settlement processes, annuities, or claims management.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Compensation New York: The salary range for this role is $85,000 to $120,000. The expected salary range for this role as of the date of this posting is based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location, and skill level. This role may also be eligible for discretionary incentive compensation.
