Responsibilities
Ensure all crew members create a WOW customer experience through personal contact with customers.
Train crew on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience, enabling fast, friendly checkout.
Oversee daily activities of store associates, ensuring effective performance and excellent customer service.
Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for efficient floor placement.
Act as Manager on Duty when needed, responsible for operations, staff management, customer service, and urgent issue resolution.
Manage store opening and closing processes, securing cash, locking doors, setting alarms, and preparing a smooth daily operation.
Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates, improving performance through knowledge of store policies, product, and procedures.
Drive store sales and control expenses by boosting sales, optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service.
Partner with the store leadership team on merchandising procedures and recovery.
Perform store maintenance including waste removal, sweeping, cleaning bathrooms, and maintaining the stock room.

Qualifications
High school graduate or equivalent.
College experience preferred.
Minimum 1 year of management experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multi‑task.
Creative thinking.
Ability to maintain composure under pressure.
Essential Job Functions
Frequently operate the cash register.
Frequently move merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs and items up to 5–10 feet high.
Frequently ascend/descend ladders to retrieve and store stock.
Frequently kneel, bend, twist, and stoop in the stock room and sales floor.
Frequently communicate with customers face‑to‑face and via telephone, exchanging accurate information.
Frequently assist customers across the sales floor and move between the sales floor and stock room.
Work a flexible schedule that includes day, evening, weekend, overnight shifts, and travel as required.
Identify and discern email and print instructions regarding merchandise layouts, associate schedules, and SOPs.
Remain in a stationary, upright position for 80% of the time.
