Overview We are currently seeking Key Team Leader (Key Holder) candidates. This position carries the keys to the store and is part of the leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service (primary responsibility)
Open and close the store
Handle merchandising, operational, and administrative functions within the store
Key Qualifications
Previous retail supervisory experience
Product knowledge in Field & Stream, Apparel, Footwear, Exercise, or General Athletics
Merchandising skills preferred
Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service
