As a Client Services Specialist, you will manage exhibit projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and client satisfaction. This role involves coordinating show services, installation and dismantling, and providing proactive support to clients and internal teams. You’ll be the key point of contact for client accounts, helping them achieve success at every event. Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong client relationships, anticipating needs and providing solutions Meet with clients to understand objectives, requirements, and expectations Prepare and submit show service forms, organize installation and dismantling personnel Catalog client inventory and maintain historical records Communicate with clients regarding damages, claims, and project changes Participate in internal pre- and post-show meetings to ensure project alignment Complete accurate work orders and liaise between clients, consultants, and production teams Support clients with online inventory system and order placement Prepare quotes, attend pricing meetings, and perform inside sales for stored accounts Document and update department processes Preferred Qualifications and Experience

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong customer service and relationship-building skills Ability to learn quickly, function in a fast paced environment, and work on multiple projects simultaneously. Effective written and verbal communication Utilizes tools to support daily functions such as Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc). Demonstrates ability to learn other proprietary systems and tools. Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field OR 2–3 years of equivalent experience Background in customer service within the event or exhibit industry preferred Physical Requirements

Ability to sit, stand, and move throughout the office and warehouse environment Occasional lifting of materials related to exhibits and displays Benefits
