Account Executive I Arkansas/Mississippi
Compensation Range: $100,000
EvenUp is on a mission to close the justice gap using technology and AI. We empower personal injury lawyers and victims to get the justice they deserve. Our products enable law firms to secure faster settlements, higher payouts, and better outcomes for victims injured through no fault of their own in vehicle collisions, accidents, natural disasters, and more.
What you’ll do:
Own the full sales cycle from lead to close, including outbound prospecting.
Conduct 30 cold calls a day with the goal of generating 3 self-sourced meetings a week.
Spend 1-3 days per week meeting prospects in person, building relationships, and demonstrating our product’s value.
Travel to events and conferences to meet key law firm decision-makers and close deals.
Consistently communicate with cross‑functional team members.
What we look for:
Demonstrated experience leading an end‑to‑end sales process, ideally in a B2B SaaS.
Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
Solid organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self‑driven and results‑oriented.
Team player with a competitive spirit.
Commitment to data hygiene and leveraging available tools and resources.
