Pay Base pay range:

$88,000.00/yr – $108,000.00/yr

Job Overview This leadership role involves directing direct sales efforts within your designated territory. You’ll deliver comprehensive training and engage with small‑to‑medium businesses across various industries, forging direct connections with business owners, decision‑makers, and employees. Your main focus will be promoting high‑quality supplemental insurance products and services, with opportunities for product presentations to groups ranging from 50 to 100+ participants.

Responsibilities

Spend part of the week actively participating in sales activities while balancing sales goals with training and mentorship of new team members.

Apply strong sales skills and prior mentorship or leadership experience to drive results.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills for interactions with customers and sales staff

Additional Qualifications

Pass a high‑level pre‑employment background check

Active driver's license and reliable transportation

Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willingness to obtain – study course provided and state licensing fees reimbursement available)

Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 4 years post‑high‑school work experience (candidates within 6 months of degree completion or with less than 4 years of professional sales or athletic background will be considered)
