3-5 yrs experience as a dealership Sales Manager, REQUIRED
Leadership & Training background REQUIRED
Mercedes Benz/Highline experience PREFERRED
Must be proactive and a high performer
Compensation & Benefits The California pay range for this position is $18,000.00-30,000.00 monthly. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short‑term and/or long‑term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commission based on individual product and reserve income, and bonuses based on individual net PVR, product penetration, and manufacturer approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job‑related knowledge, and location.
