Outside Sales Account Manager – Industrial Fluid Power Components and Solutions
SunSource and its family of companies represent 200+ locations and 3,000+ employees across North America. We provide customers with products and solutions within Fluid Power, Fluid Process, Fluid Conveyance, General Industrial Components, and Industrial Service & Repair.
SunSource Mobile Technology Services is a leading distribution company within fluid power and motion control products and engineering services. We offer technical resources, initial design support, subassembly and kitted products, inventory programs, and hydraulic repair to industrial OEMs and plants.
Qualifications and Experience
Two‑or 4‑year Technical Diploma, preferably in engineering or fluid power programs, or equivalent training and experience.
Fluid Power certification is a plus.
2+ years industrial or technical outside sales experience.
Experience with value‑added industrial sales preferred.
Product application and troubleshooting experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation systems preferred.
Understanding and previous experience working with industrial customers.
Ability to establish and maintain business relationships.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Computer proficiency required.
Valid driver’s license.
Overnight travel may be required.
