Overview

Sales Specialist role at Buyers Edge Platform. The Beyond Broadline Sales Specialist will serve as client-facing sales and navigation of our programs, executing strategic business plans, tracking and documenting updates on opportunities, following up with clients and client managers, and communicating with the Beyond Broadline team on challenges. This position is hybrid out of our Lake Worth, FL office and we are unable to offer work sponsorship for this role. Your impact

Communicate with clients over phone calls, email, and video conferences to help them navigate our program offerings and the next steps to enroll. Present savings comparison and answer questions on how the savings were calculated. Follow up on assigned opportunities to close the sale or update stakeholders and CRM on outcome and reason. Submit written forms to vendors as needed for clients to enroll in various programs. Assist in creating and updating program records in CRM (Salesforce) for opportunity tracking. Learn and utilize our CRM (Salesforce) terminology Continuously learn and understand our vendor program offerings to include existing and newly launched programs. About you

2+ years of industry experience Ability to work in the Lake Worth office when requested (preferred) Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/Outlook/Teams) Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to work effectively with any level of position and limited supervision Comfortable with meeting virtually Some experience using Salesforce (or similar CRM) experience preferred Some data analysis/financial analysis skills preferred Knowledge of Group Purchasing Organizations preferred Don’t meet every requirement mentioned here?
