Job Description This is a remote position requiring regular overnight business travel. The successful candidate will manage and grow an assigned book of key account customers, working closely with the Vice President of Key Accounts and contributing to sales revenue growth.

Responsibilities
Maintain and expand the company's existing customer base of Key Accounts across all product lines to achieve growth objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing Key Account customers.
Create, manage, and implement strategic account plans for each Key Account.
Maintain a prospect pipeline, prepare proposals, submit quotes, author call reports, sales presentations, complete required sales reports, and present QBRs.
Develop customer programs for collecting empty containers for reconditioning facilities.
Passionately communicate our brand identity and implement company initiatives.
Requirements
Minimum five years of B2B industrial sales or distribution sales experience, preferably with industrial‑oriented packaging.
Bachelor’s degree preferred but experience may be considered in lieu.
Ability to work with large Key Account customers.
Superior written and verbal communication and effective listening skills.
Strong new business development mentality.
Proven ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
Understanding of comprehensive financial and business plans.
Team player working with senior management and plant‑level employees.
Comfortable in office, factory, and warehouse environments.
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel (pivot‑table experience a plus) and PowerPoint.
Ability to thrive in a high‑stress environment with problem‑solving, prioritizing, and quick reaction.
Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM tools.
Willingness to travel as necessary.
Comfortable working from a remote/home office environment.
