Assistant Neighborhood Sales Manager - Guyton, GA and Hardeeville, SC Company Overview Stanley Martin Homes is one of the largest homebuilders in the United States, consistently among the fastest growing. Job Overview This position covers neighborhoods in Guyton, GA and Hardeeville, SC. Must be a licensed realtor in SC and/or GA. Your day will start between 9‑10am in the model home or sales office, serving as the right hand of the Neighborhood Sales Manager to set up the sales office for success.

Responsibilities

Greet prospects and appointments at the model home, learning what is important to them in their home search.

Assist in showcasing available homes.

Maintain organization by stocking brochure material and auditing sales and marketing materials, including the website, for accuracy.

Support homebuyers throughout the buying process, answering questions about home progress, loan information, etc.

Communicate with corporate marketing to announce upcoming events and happenings at the neighborhood.

Submit listing information for homes on StanleyMartin.com and the MLS.

Ensure the neighborhood looks great and provides high‑quality customer service while helping achieve sales goals.

Must Haves

Experience with a customer service approach in previous work.

Quick to learn new technology.

Detail oriented, reviewing marketing material and sales contracts accurately.

Organized, tracking prospect outreach and sales needs.

Critical thinker for any given situation.

Available to work until 6pm and on weekends.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and various software systems.
