Position Overview

Responsibilities As a sales specialist, you will build rapport with customers to ensure satisfaction by guiding them in vehicle purchases within our no‑haggle sales environment. Using excellent communication and listening skills, you’ll help customers select the right vehicle and negotiate payment terms to meet their lifestyle and budget. Finally, you will drive customer loyalty by following up to ensure their experience is top‑notch and transition customers to the Service Department for their vehicle needs.
Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent
Prior sales experience, retail preferred
Excellent interpersonal, consultative, and communication skills
Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
Valid driver's license and an acceptable and clean driving record
