We are hiring an Inside Sales Associate to work closely with the team owner and help convert leads into appointments and sales. Responsibilities

Receive all incoming calls and leads, and track them in the designated spreadsheet. Meet any unrepresented buyer leads at the property, convert, and continue to follow up until conversion; buyer assistant to meet. Open houses need to be held Friday, Saturday, and Sunday every week. If coverage is unavailable, notify the EA. Make outbound calls daily – 2–4 hours minimum. Respond immediately to inbound leads. Qualify leads using scripts (LP MAMA, motivation, timing, financing). Nurture long‑term leads via CRM. Maintain detailed notes and pipeline tracking. Convert leads from IDX, sign calls, open houses, referrals, and marketing. Conduct buyer and listing consultations (ISA clients). Write, negotiate, and manage offers (both listing and buyers). Nurture pipeline weekly (ISA clients). Listing

Launch listing marketing plan according to Brivity and the following SOPs: FSBO prospecting, script, Open House, Expireds. Deliver RPR reports (created by EA) to 10 neighbors. Pick up lockbox after close. Core Competencies

Real Estate License is required. Previous real estate experience is a plus but not necessary. 1 year customer service experience required. Social media management & marketing experience is a plus. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize and manage time efficiently. High level of experience with various forms of written communication. Intermediate computer skills to track & monitor client’s, leads, feedback & navigate multiple platforms. Knowledge & experience in managing social media platforms & content creation. Critical thinking, planning & problem solving skills. Ability to work autonomously. Self‑directed & accountable while still being open to take direction & feedback when needed. People oriented, dedicated to excellent customer service, extremely organized & have attention. Sets clear goals, strategies & tactics to complete tasks & defined responsibilities. Reliable transportation & willingness to travel to multiple cities as needed. Eager to learn & grow personally & professionally. Compensation & Perks

Base salary of $24,000 a year with a bonus of 7.5% of total GCI at closing. Base salary paid 1. Seniority Level
