Job Summary Base Pay: $15.00 per hour plus $1,330 Monthly Targeted Commission, total compensation $22.69 per hour.

Key Responsibilities
Work directly with customers in a retail location, evaluate their needs and make product recommendations.
Provide outstanding customer service with all interactions.
Interpret customer account statements, facilitate billing and payment.
Answer queries about current or new services, modify account data and upgrade service levels.
Act as brand ambassador promoting Comcast/Xfinity products.
Maintain detailed product and competitive knowledge.
Meet goals and metrics.
Contribute to a fun and competitive environment, connecting products to customers’ lifestyles.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
2‑5 years of related experience, preferably in consumer electronics or wireless retail sales.
Full‑time availability with flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, holidays, and a variable schedule.
Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand and move throughout the store.
