Overview As a Key Team Leader (Key Holder), you will manage store operations, provide top‑tier customer service, and lead a team in a fast‑paced environment. The role includes opening/closing responsibilities, merchandising, and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service as the primary responsibility.
Perform store opening and closing procedures.
Handle merchandising, operational, and administrative functions.
Qualifications
Previous retail supervisory experience.
Product knowledge in Field & Stream, Apparel, Footwear, Exercise, or General Athletics.
Merchandising skills preferred.
Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service.
