569299### Job TitleUltrasound Sales Manager Italy### Job DescriptionLeading the sales growth of our Ultrasound portfolio across Italy—own commercial partnerships, inspire a high‑performing team, and turning strategy into standout results.As **Sales Manager** you will be responsible for managing commercial partnerships and the **Ultrasound** sales team in **Italy**, driving revenue growth through strategic planning and sales operations, fostering customer relationships, and guiding team performance and development to achieve business objectives.**Your role:*** **Own commercial partnerships across Italy**: negotiate win‑win contracts, strengthen customer relationships, and expand market share and profitability.* **Execute the sales strategy and AOP**: contribute in building accurate forecasts, optimize market opportunities, and consistently deliver revenue targets.* **Lead and develop the sales team:** collaborate closely with cross‑functional stakeholders and market partners to align strategies and ensure seamless execution of initiatives.* **Manage the Ultrasound product portfolio direct sales**: improve sales and margins with existing direct customers, identify and acquire new customers in line with the defined strategy, and expand business opportunities.* **Directly manage key accounts in Northern Italy** while overseeing national sales activities and team performance to ensure strong execution and customer engagement.* **Translate market insights into action:** analyze sales metrics and trends to assess effectiveness and refine plans for enhanced performance.**You're the right fit if you have:*** A **Bachelor’s or Master’s degree** in Business Administration, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering or similar fields.* 5+ years of experience in **Sales, Marketing, Business Development, E‑commerce, or Marketing Technology** within the **Healthcare** sector, preferably with Ultrasound solutions.* A proven track record of **driving sales growth** and hitting targets.* Strong **leadership attitude** that builds, coaches, and motivates high‑performing teams.* **Stakeholder management** excellence with cross‑functional partners and senior customers.* Fluency in **English** in addition to **Italian** as local language* Availability to **travel**.**How we work together**
