Location Status: Work will be primarily performed at a designated field worksite location based out of a central Race Communications worksite. Frequent travel to and work from other Race offices or other off‑site locations will be required.
Comp: $19 USD per hour plus bonus
Shift: 16‑28hrs (Must be available weekends)

Position Impact As an Outside Sales Representative at Race Communications, you will be instrumental in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth. Your primary responsibility is to proactively engage potential customers through direct interactions in their homes and communities. You will serve as the face of Race Communications, creating meaningful connections with individuals and effectively conveying the exceptional value of our products and services to secure their business. This role requires excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as sales acumen to explain products and services, address questions and complaints huel portand provide effective solutions. Qualifications and Experience
Eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship
Minimum age requirement of 18 years

High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience is required
Minimum of one year of experience in outside sales, or a related field, with equivalent customer‑facing experience

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Sales Outreach and Customer Engagement
Source new sales opportunities through door‑to‑door education of Race fiber‑optic internet, phone, and television services
Identify, assess, and understand customer needs to achieve satisfaction
Generate interest and sales opportunities
Build relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
Sales Goals and Performance
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals set by the manager
Manage creation and presentation of quotations for identified opportunities
Generate new business and promote the growth of Race products
n Product Knowledge and Customer Service
Acquire and retain extensive product knowledge and comprehend customer requirements for Race fiber‑optic internet, phone, and television products
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information when using the CRM and other software
Documentation and Compliance
Keep detailed records of customer interactions, process accounts, and file documents
Follow sales team procedures, guidelines, and policies outlined in the Race Communications Employee Handbook
Sales Campaigns and Events
Participate incimiento sales and marketing campaigns and attend outside events (travel required)
Vehicle Maintenance and Travel
Maintain vehicle/equipment pre‑op mówi post‑op to be prepared for duties
Maintain a clean driving record as defined by the fleet insurance underwriter
Observe hazards, report concerns or accidents, and participate in investigations
Travel to multiple service locations across California and occasionally beyond, including during adverse weather, while adhering to safety protocols

Flexibility to work overtime, including nights and weekends, as necessary
