Job Description We are looking for a dedicated General Apartment Maintenance Technician to perform a wide range of maintenance tasks and support property upkeep.
Comply with company rules and regulations and follow instructions from the Site Manager and Maintenance Coordinator.
Maintain and repair the exterior and interior of the property, including systems, fixtures, windows, tiles, floors, walls, and doors.
Handle heating and air‑conditioning maintenance, general carpentry, electrical systems, plumbing systems, and lawn equipment.
Assist the Site Manager in preparing vacant apartments for occupancy and painting apartments as scheduled.
Organize and maintain the maintenance shop, equipment, and inventory, ensuring all tools are in good operating condition.
Remain on‑call for emergency weekend service calls when necessary.
Required Minimum Qualifications
A valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and grounds work.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous apartment maintenance experience.
Skills and Knowledge
Professional demeanor and a strong work ethic.
Skilled multi‑tasker with strong attention to detail.
Quick learner and very responsible.
