What You Will Do
Work independently and solve problems as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Handle customer queries, troubleshoot/resolution problems, respond to call‑outs and prepare cost estimates.
Inspect the drain line with a camera to identify drainage issues.
Install, maintain, clean, and repair drain systems.
Inspect and test plumbing and drainage systems for safety, functionality, and water quality.
What We Need From You
3 years as a drain technician or plumbing helper for residential plumbing.
Experience using a jetter and camera.
Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn new methods.
Must pass a motor vehicle and background check and drug screen.
Superb customer service skills, honesty, dependability and reliability.
Physical dexterity.
