What You’ll Do

Prioritize safety on the road, in the shop, and at customer locations.

Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair rental HVAC equipment in the shop and on job sites.

Diagnose technical issues accurately and efficiently.

Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.

Provide hands‑on customer support and basic equipment training.

Document all work thoroughly using modern service systems.

Travel to customer sites and support seasonal overtime needs.

What You’ll Bring

HVAC education/training preferred: 3+ years of technical experience in equipment service, HVAC, field maintenance, or related work OR HVAC Tech School can be used in lieu of 3-5 years experience.

Strong troubleshooting and repair skills with mechanical/electrical aptitude.

Proven safety‑first mindset in shop and field settings.

Clear communication skills with customers and teammates.

608 Universal EPA Certification required.

Clean driving record and 21+ years of age.

Ability to travel (including overnights) throughout the PNW.

Salary: $26.00 per hour
