Our Audiology Practitioners are key to making sure the screening process is efficient, providing the very best customer service each and every time. In this role, you’ll be supported by an HAD (Hearing Aid Dispenser), and work with them to keep building your skills and complete your training. The role involves administration duties, as well as booking clinics, wax removals using microsuction, and promotion of hearing screeners. As your training progresses you will also learn how to do hearing aid repairs, programming and fittings. £12.41 per hour (salary review once training successfully completed)
24 hours per week - 3 days per week to include weekend working

What we’re looking for?
Good written and verbal English skills / good communication
Keen interest in self-development
Customer service experience
Interested in furthering your clinical skills
Desirable skills:
Fluency in use of patient management systems (e.g. Socrates/Auditdata/Sycle)or previous experience in an audiology or optical setting
