Occupational Therapist Consultant – ARFID Group Therapy Who we are ERC Pathlight is an innovative, rapidly growing clinical leader in the behavioral health sector. What you'll be doing We are seeking an Occupational Therapist Consultant to join our team. The Occupational Therapist Consultant will be responsible for providing group therapy as part of our specialty ARFID (Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder) program.

Responsibilities

Conduct group therapy for individuals with restrictive and avoidant eating patterns

Provide group education and skills training/practice

Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date documentation of clients' progress and treatment

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients

Stay informed about new developments and best practices in the field of occupational therapy

Participate in professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge

Must Haves

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy

Active state license to practice occupational therapy

Strong knowledge of occupational therapy principles, techniques, and best practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Current knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in the field of occupational therapy

Compensation for the Occupational Therapist position is $32.20 – $50.00 based upon candidate experience and market expectations.
