School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Port Orchard, WA | 2025–2026 School Year

Come work with a local, woman- and therapist-founded and run company! Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for full-time or part-time school-based positions in
Port Orchard , WA for the rest of the 2025–2026 school year. Whether you are a CF-SLP or a seasoned provider, we would love to hear from you.
Position Details:
In-person, school-based role
Full-time position; K-12 caseload; 1.0 FTE 37.5 hours per week
ASAP through the end of the year, with potential to continue for next school year
Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy
Develop and implement IEPs and complete documentation
Collaborate with school special education teams
Requirements:
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Washington state SLP license (or willingness to obtain)
Washington ESA (Educational Staff Associate) Certificate
Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply – we provide mentorship and assist with supervision
