Role Description The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to executive leadership, ensuring efficient office management and executive-level coordination. Key responsibilities include managing calendars, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining confidential records. Additional duties may include preparing reports, assisting with clerical tasks, and ensuring effective communication between various teams. This is a part-time hybrid role based in Fairfield, CT, allowing for a combination of in-office and remote work.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance tasks, including managing schedules, meeting preparation, and prioritizing executive responsibilities.

Strong and Confident Communication and Phone Etiquette skills to establish effective communication with clients and internal teams professionally.

Experience with Clerical Skills, such as data management, filing, and maintaining accurate records.

Ability to uphold confidentiality and demonstrate a high level of organizational skills.

Proficiency in office productivity tools and software, such as MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Strong problem-solving, time management, and multitasking abilities.

A bachelor’s degree (or current pursuance of) or equivalent work experience is preferred.
