Position Overview The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) independently provides comprehensive biopsychosocial/spiritual assessment, diagnosis, treatment, interventions, and advocacy for patients and their support systems. The LCSW incorporates concepts and theories related to lifespan development, neurobiology, and behavioral change. Collaborating with patients, families, and the Inter/Multi-Disciplinary Team (IDT), the LCSW develops and implements evidence‑informed, person‑centered care plans across the care continuum. All duties are performed with respect for patient self‑determination, a commitment to reducing health disparities and barriers to care, and adherence to the NASW code of ethics, Standards of Practice (SOP), and Providence mission.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial/spiritual assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Provide direct therapeutic services, interventions, and advocacy to patients and support systems.
Collaborate with the IDT to coordinate and implement person‑centered care across the continuum.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
Advocate for patient needs and work to reduce health disparities and barriers to care.
Required Qualifications
Master's Degree in Social Work from a CSWE‑accredited school or a school in candidacy status.
Upon hire: Oregon Clinical Social Worker License OR a valid Social Worker License in the state(s) of hire and where care is delivered.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant Social Work experience (including CSWA experience).
Preferred Qualifications
1 year of experience in acute care settings.

Pay & Benefits Pay range: $39.73 - $61.68 per hour. Additional compensation may include shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
