Overview As a pivotal member of the Sunrun retail team, you will embody the essence of our brand within designated partner retail stores, playing a vital role in influencing potential customers. Your impact will be measured by your ability to foster relationships, generate enthusiasm for our products, and educate potential customers on renewable energy and storage solutions. This role requires you to proactively schedule appointments and contribute to expanding the Sunrun customer base, with success hinging on positively influencing every individual you encounter.
Compensation Competitive hourly base pay and uncapped commissions for generating new solar appointments.

Responsibilities
Proactively schedule appointments and contribute to expanding the Sunrun customer base.
Foster relationships, generate enthusiasm for our products, and educate potential customers on renewable energy and storage solutions.
Effectively communicate the benefits of Solar and battery solutions within partner retail stores.
Qualifications
Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for our mission.
Self‑motivated and willing to learn.
Commitment to a flexible retail schedule, including weekends, evenings, and occasional holidays.
Reliable transportation within a 15–30 mile radius for managing a multi‑store territory.
Ability to stand and be mobile for extended periods, including lifting up to 25 pounds.
