The Role In this role, you will be a critical part of the Collections team. You will assist in preserving the Credit Union's assets by controlling delinquent loan accounts, collecting delinquent loan payments and/or recovering collateral.

Requirements
1-3 years of similar or related experience
High School Diploma or GED
Responsibilities
Contact delinquent accounts by phone and mail. Take appropriate action to bring accounts current.
Analyze financial situation of delinquent borrowers, and make recommendations to repossess collateral when other arrangements to bring the loan current are unsuccessful.
Maintain accurate files and reports on all collections activity.
Inform management of trends in loan underwriting contributing to delinquent/charged-off loans.
Testify at legal proceedings as required.
Schedule This Full-Time position offers 40 hours per week, with hours normally between 8:00am-6:00pm, Monday-Friday, and rotating Saturdays from 8:00am-2:00pm. If Wasatch Peaks sounds like the right fit, let us know by filling out our 5-minute application. We are excited to meet you!
