LPN (Education) Job Title: LPN Reports To: Director of Nursing FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Reporting to the Director of Nursing, this role provides clinical oversight and guidance to Direct Support Professionals and Home Managers, supporting medication administration, delegated nursing services, and compliance with state and agency standards. You will serve as a trusted clinical resource and mentor, coaching staff, strengthening skills, and promoting best practices that honor everyones unique needs and choices. This position blends leadership, collaboration, and hands‑on support. Youll partner with residential teams, individuals, families, and community providers to promote wellness, independence, and person‑centered care in every setting. What were looking for: An LPN with a valid Ohio nursing license who values teamwork, education, accountability, and respect. Experience in the developmental disabilities field is preferred, along with a passion for supporting others, building strong relationships, and advancing quality care. Responsibilities

Oversee medication administration for residents.

Provide delegated nursing services to support resident health.

Ensure compliance with state and agency standards.

Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to Direct Support Professionals and Home Managers.

Collaborate with residential teams, families, and community providers to promote wellness, independence, and person‑centered care.

Qualifications

Valid Ohio LPN license.

Experience in the developmental disabilities field (preferred).

Strong teamwork, education, accountability, and respect.

Passion for supporting others, building strong relationships, and advancing quality care.

Benefits Salary Range $28.00-$32.00 per Hr.
