FloatResidential Clinician The Residential Clinician will have the primary responsibility of providing all clinical services to clients in our residential programs. This position is responsible for delivering Joint Commission-accredited services and meeting all required benchmarks as specified by DPH, ASAM guidelines, and DMHAS.

Full-time/ Exempt - 40 Hours/week

Pay range begins at $60,000 for Associate-licensed

Pay range begins at $65,000 for Fully-licensed

QUALIFICATONS: LADC, LPC, LMFT, LCSW licensure required, at least 3 years of previous experience with recovering people preferred. Previous experience with an electronic health record preferred. Ability to communicate in Spanish preferred. Must have excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.

Valid CT Driver’s license with the ability to transport others using company vehicles

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Comply with all federal, state, and accreditation regulatory requirements.

Complete comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments as part of the initial evaluation.

Facilitate group therapy, including intensive outpatient programs, CBT, DBT, EMDR, and other evidence-based group therapeutic interventions.

Collaborate with family members, former providers, and referral sources.

Create a comprehensive and collaborative treatment plan, including referrals to all wraparound services to best serve the whole person. This includes but is not limited to primary care, psychiatry, recovery coaches, Recovering Together, case management, and other community programs connected with our partner agencies.

Conduct therapeutic treatment utilizing trauma-informed interventions and care that addresses root causes of distress.

Maintain clinical chart via electronic medical records in accordance with agency and accreditation standards.

All documentation needs to be completed to meet organizational standards.

Participate in individual and group clinical supervision.
