Salary:
Semi‑Monthly $1,594.84 ($38,276.16 annually).
Shift:
Day Shift (Saturday/Sunday Off)
Responsibilities
Process payments accurately and timely.
Receive purchase orders, receipts, invoices, and expense reports.
Code purchase requisitions.
Coordinate lodging and/or vehicle rental arrangements, reservations, confirmations.
Handle state issued Visa Pro‑Card and audit, prepare, and process the Pro‑Card transaction log to validate charges on statement and enter payment documents.
Enter assets and provide supporting documentation for approval to acquire, transfer, and dispose of inventory items.
Eligibility & Qualifications
Knowledge of basic research methods related to financial transactions.
Knowledge of CIMOR and SAM II.
Ability to identify and resolve transactional issues.
3-5 years of relevant experience (substitutions may be allowed).
