Responsibilities Customer Service
Develop customer relationships by identifying self‑storage needs and providing appropriate solutions while delivering a WOW! or 5‑Star service.
Interact face‑to‑face with customers, providing excellent service and building rapport.
Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
Walk the property to perform lock checks and show units to customers.
Work independently and on a team to rent self‑storage spaces, sell store merchandise, manage the leasing process, accept payments using our POS system, complete daily bank deposits, and make courtesy calls to customers regarding late payments.
Property Maintenance
Perform daily walks of the property, clean units and the property, open and close storage doors (up to 50 lbs).
Maintain the facility by mopping, sweeping, changing light bulbs, cleaning out storage units, and similar light activities.
Keep the storage facility clean and safe to meet company guidelines (clean restrooms, landscaping, parking, paving, fence, walls, doors).
Additional Requirements
Must be able to work Saturdays.
Valid driver’s license and insurance with reliable transportation available during the workday.
Will frequently stand, sit, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, climb, or balance on a ladder.
Some locations may require Sunday hours.
Qualifications
A positive and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
Experience delivering high‑quality customer service to a diverse market.
Basic computer skills.
