Position Overview Perform maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics of HVAC/R systems in commercial settings to ensure efficient operation and optimal performance of our clients’ systems.
Responsibilities
Service and maintain a wide range of commercial HVAC/R systems.
Respond promptly to service calls and troubleshoot issues with HVAC/R systems.
Utilize diagnostic tools, meters, and gauges to analyze system performance and identify root causes of problems.
Develop effective solutions to resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
Communicate findings and recommended solutions to clients in a clear and concise manner.
Complete necessary paperwork with company‑issued laptop/tablet.
Foster positive relationships with clients by delivering excellent customer service and demonstrating a high level of professionalism.
Participate in an on‑call rotation.
Safely drive company vehicle, follow the requirements of the company vehicle driving policy, and adhere to all safety requirements.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certifications or vocational training in HVAC/R is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years experience as a Service Technician, focusing on troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing HVAC/R systems.
Universal EPA certification.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and blueprints.
Solid understanding of electrical circuits and troubleshooting techniques.
Ability to use diagnostic tools, meters, gauges, and other equipment to assess system performance and diagnose issues.
Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients.
Basic computer skills.
Must possess a valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record.
Must pass a drug screen and background check.
