Key Responsibilities:
Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals
Monitor and document patient progress clearly and accurately
Foster a positive and cooperative atmosphere with patients, coworkers, and providers
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Clinical experience preferred, but new graduates encouraged to apply
Computer literacy required for documentation and patient records
Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset
