Normal work hours (8-5 EST)
Job Description:
Candidate must possess good communication and letter writing skills.
A high school diploma or GED required.
The candidate must have some experience/work history involving clerical work.
Experience with researching is strongly desired.
Knowledge of Microsoft (Excel, Word) is strongly desired.
Candidate must be tactful and detail-oriented as this position will require working with HIPAA requests.
The job performs basic clerical support for functional groups in accordance with standard procedures, such as copying, preparing and distributing mail, inventory, data entry, filing, faxing and retrieving documents, indexing and scanning/imaging documents. May also include performing calculations, compiling and maintaining records, posting and verifying information, and resolving questions and problems.
The Clerk also resolves discrepancies and may communicate with a variety of internal and external customers.
Incumbent is expected to meet quality and production standard established by management.
