REYNOLDS AMERICAN has an exciting opportunity for a Lead Manager Data & Analytics – Corporate in Winston‑Salem
This role focuses on enabling data‑driven decision‑making through the development and maintenance of robust analytics solutions. It combines technical expertise in data engineering and visualization with project management and stakeholder collaboration.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
Technical hands‑on delivery of ETL, SQL and Visualizations
Work with vendors to support the production environment of reporting
Manage small to medium‑scale projects and track to execution while providing solution‑oriented consulting to complex problems
Participate in cross functional teams with internal and external stakeholders
Creation of data assets to facilitate adhoc and fixed reporting capabilities
Respond to and collaborate on incidents in the Data & Analytics environment
Work independently and collaborate with key stakeholders
What are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or 6+ years of experience in Data and Analytics development
2+ years of experience with data integration processes
Strong knowledge of ANSI SQL, database and table design, query optimization, and data visualization tools such as Power BI (or similar)
Ability to engage stakeholders using a design thinking approach
Proven experience implementing best practices in existing environments and establishing solid foundations for new development
Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and task management skills
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Salary And Benefits Overview The following is a general summary of the competitive compensation and benefit plans we offer:
401(k) plan that offers opportunity to save on pre‑ and post‑tax basis up to 50 percent of eligible compensation.
Company matches 100 percent of employee pre‑tax/Roth (401k) contributions up to six percent.
Company contributes an additional three percent to 401(k) whether employee participates or not.
