Job Description
We are seeking a hands‑on Scrum Master to support a fast‑paced delivery team within a Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance environment. This role goes beyond facilitation — the ideal candidate is technically fluent and able to actively engage with engineering teams working in AWS-based, API‑driven architectures.

Partner closely with engineering teams to remove blockers and drive delivery across multiple workstreams.
Actively engage with technical discussions related to AWS services, API development, and Node.js‑based applications.
Support backlog refinement and ensure user stories are well‑defined, estimated, and ready for sprint execution.
Track and report sprint metrics, velocity, risks, and dependencies to leadership.
Promote Agile best practices while adapting frameworks to fit the team and business needs.

Experience working closely with software engineering teams.
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability and willingness to work onsite 4 days per week in Cockeysville, MD.
