We currently have a
Project Manager
role with a well-established company that is one of the top employers in Nashville.
In this role, you will work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and then manage projects from end-to-end. This includes Software Development and Commercial‑off‑the‑shelf implementation and integration projects. You will also be responsible for software project management, as they are sunsetting several software systems and implementing new ones. This role requires impeccable communication skills coupled with technical curiosity.

Experience
5+ years of direct project management experience with end-to-end delivery of software development or COTS implementation projects.
Proven success leading enterprise application implementations, such as ERP, HRIS, or CRM systems.
Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with programming concepts, application architectures, and data integrations.
Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar) and system integration tools (e.g., Boomi, Workato, MuleSoft).
Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, MS Project, and Smartsheet.
Qualifications
PMP, CBAP, or PMI‑PBA certification preferered
Understanding of SQL
Experience in MS Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) preferred
