About This Role The purpose of this position is to provide leadership and guidance to support staff within the Associate Dean for Research (ADR) unit. This individual will be an integral part of the College's Intramural Research Grant Program, as well as the annual Veterinary Research Scholars Program (VRSP).
Worksite Description This position is
On-site . All employees must reside in the United States when they begin working to comply with state law. K-State is unable to provide remote or hybrid work opportunities for residents of the state of Idaho.
What You'll Need to Succeed Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma (or equivalent) and five years of experience.
Relevant Experience Requirements may be met through a combination of work experience and education.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree in business or organizational leadership.
Experience managing schedules for high level administrators and active office operations that include multiple reporting units.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of applications, specifically Outlook and Excel.
Excellent communications skill set and customer service attitude.
Sponsorship Eligibility Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without sponsorship.
