Base pay range
$60,000.00/yr - $64,000.00/yr Position Summary
The Advancement Associate provides critical coordination and support in fundraising, volunteer engagement, and marketing efforts to increase Best Point’s brand awareness and community support. This role ensures smooth operations for donor engagement, data management, community outreach, and campaign execution. The ideal candidate is a relationship-driven, organized professional who is passionate about advancing Best Point’s mission through philanthropy, volunteerism, and community engagement. Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associate degree or equivalent experience considered. Experience: 1–2 years in fundraising, development, or nonprofit administration preferred. Skills:
Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with donor CRM systems (e.g., Raiser’s Edge) a plus. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Detail-oriented, collaborative, and adaptable. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Awareness & Communications
Support implementation of strategies that enhance Best Point’s brand visibility and community engagement in collaboration with the Marketing team. Assist in developing content for newsletters, social media, and promotional materials that highlight mission impact and advancement initiatives. Volunteer Engagement & Community Outreach
Coordinate volunteer recruitment, orientation, and engagement for advancement events and campaigns. Represent Best Point at community events and collaborate with internal teams to promote meaningful volunteer opportunities. Fundraising & Donor Engagement
Assist with donor campaigns, stewardship efforts, and special fundraising initiatives. Prepare donor communications, maintain accurate records, and support donor prospecting and relationship‑building efforts. Data Management & Administrative Support
Maintain integrity of donor data and generate reports to track fundraising and engagement metrics. Provide administrative support to the Advancement team and contribute to cross‑departmental planning and collaboration. Administrative & Team Support
Provide general administrative support to the Advancement Manager and team, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, handling correspondence, and coordinating team projects. Perform other related duties as assigned to support the overall success of the Advancement team and advance Best Point’s mission. Core Competencies
