Summary of Key Duties The ADP Staff Integrated Program Planning Team member is a self‑starter and relationship builder supporting an integrated team within the Skunk Works across various platforms to ensure successful program execution and performance. This role includes all aspects of a validated Earned Value Management system, shared Optimization of schedule baseline management and control, and month‑to‑month variance analysis.
Responsibilities include:
Developing and maintaining schedules.
Integrating and assessing schedule impacts of proposed work on existing and future plans.
Developing/refining knowledge of Critical Path Methodology and applying it in schedule network development and analysis.
Collaborating across disciplines such as engineering, procurement, contracts, business management, production, and quality control.
Actively participating in the evaluation of program and project planning and scheduling products and practices, and driving remediation efforts when gaps are identified.

Strong knowledge of LM Program Performance Management (PPM) Command MediaSupplier integration experience, performance analysis, and corrective action recommendation skills
Familiarity with Risk and Opportunity Management, including identification, integration, and mitigation
Deep knowledge of Deltek Open Plan
Schedule Risk Assessment (SRA) experience
Prior Aerospace experience
