Responsibilities

Check‑in patients in a timely manner and ensure all Web Check‑in procedures are followed.

Answer phone calls to the clinic and provide information or refer questions to others as needed.

Verify insurance timely and accurately.

Ensure the occupational client’s preference card and procedures are followed.

Review all patient paperwork to ensure completeness and collect necessary insurance/demographic information.

Complete Daily Balance Checklist after each shift, accounting for all forms of payment.

Qualifications

1 year of clinical experience in a patient care setting is preferred.

Obtain BLS certification within 30 days of start (required).

Strong customer service skills.

Ability to work with multiple computer programs.
