About the Role
Creates a high‑energy store experience by engaging customers, modeling service behaviors, and coaching associates on sales training to deliver exceptional service.
Proactively resolves consumer concerns, partners with the store manager on elevated issues, and maintains a consistent customer experience.
Trains new hires and existing employees on company culture, product knowledge, service practices, loss prevention, store policy, and other responsibilities.
Collaborates with store management to set expectations, coach employees, and foster an environment that encourages engagement, retention, and talent development.
Manages cash handling and merchandise operations (shipment processing, floor set, markdowns, replenishment) while ensuring compliance with store policy.
Assists or leads business strategies to meet or exceed daily sales and performance goals.
Supervises the store team in the absence of other managers.
Complies with all store policies and follows directives of store management.
