Job Overview As a Stocking Team Supervisor, you will oversee stocking associates who are focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight in a high‑volume backroom environment. Stocking associates must be able to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds. Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts may also be necessary.
Responsibilities
Unload trucks and stock new freight.
Supervise, train, and schedule stocking team members.
Ensure accurate product placement and inventory management.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized backroom workspace.
Operate forklifts or other heavy machinery as required.
Communicate with store leadership regarding stocking needs and issues.
Qualifications
Physical ability to lift ≥50 lbs.
Experience operating forklifts or heavy machinery preferred.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
