Overview Join Cisco as a Strategic Program Manager within the Collaboration Sales Strategy & Planning team, part of the Global Specialist Strategy and Planning organization, focused on driving growth and ensuring efficient operations.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, execution, and tracking of strategic programs and initiatives across multiple business areas.

Collaborate with leadership to define program objectives, success metrics, and deliverables aligned with organizational goals.

Identify and manage program dependencies and cross‑functional impacts.

Proactively interact with cross‑functional teams to understand strengths and opportunities and align to action.

Prepare and deliver regular updates and executive summaries.

Monitor trends and performance data to inform strategy.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within and across teams.

Identify, develop, and lead high‑impact strategic sales initiatives that drive transformation across global markets.

Advise GTM strategy that supports growth and scale of the global business.

Define and leverage GTM levers to instrument growth‑driven programs.

Partner with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and successful execution.

Minimum Qualifications

5+ years of program or project management experience, ideally within strategy, business planning, or related function.

Proven ability to manage complex projects.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to synthesize data to inform decision‑making.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Experience with sales program management.

Preferred Qualifications

SaaS revenue operations experience.

Bachelor’s degree in business, management, strategy, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.

Salary & Benefits The starting salary range for this position is $114,900.00 to $172,400.00 for U.S. and/or Canada locations, not including incentive compensation, equity, or benefits. Salary may vary by location and candidate experience.

Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with matching contribution, paid parental leave, short and long‑term disability, basic life insurance, and eligibility for restricted stock units. Paid time off includes 10 paid holidays, floating holiday, birthday day off, year‑end shutdown, personal wellness days, and vacation accrual. Bonus eligibility varies by role.
