We are currently recruiting a Construction Project Manager to be based in Salt Lake City, Utah. In this role you will manage complex industrial construction and restoration projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

Manage self‑performed complex repair and restoration projects.

Lead front‑end phases of restoration projects, including investigative and engineering phases, and support the development of cost estimates and proposals for subsequent construction phases.

Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, working with internal contracts teams as needed.

Develop and manage project schedules in collaboration with field leadership.

Maintain profit & loss responsibility and other project financials, including projections.

Provide leadership, mentorship, and supervision to Project Managers, Field Managers, Project Engineers, and subcontractors.

Work closely with in‑house Estimators and Sales teams to review bids and develop proposals.

Evaluate risk and loss exposure on projects.

Maintain strong customer relationships.

Demonstrate dedication to safety and quality control on all projects.

Travel as required (approximately 50%).

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil/Structural Engineering, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in industrial construction and/or restoration.

Successful management of construction projects ranging from $5 M to $15 M in contract value.

Experience with structural concrete repair projects.

Proficient with Microsoft Office and project management and forecasting tools.

Strong leadership skills for training and mentoring teams.

$110,000 – $140,000 per year
