Summary Are you friendly, courteous, and enjoy working with people? Do you have experience driving vehicles that can hold up to 15 passengers? Are you willing to assist owners and guests with their luggage, personal items, and package delivery? We would like to speak with you about this opportunity to work at a premier property at the base of the mountain in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. As a Club Services Supervisor, you will play a vital role in enhancing the guest experience at our resort. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that all guests feel welcomed and valued, and supporting the entire Club Services team. You must have a valid US driver’s license and pass a background check.

Essential Functions

Be yourself and care genuinely about each interaction you have. Nothing is more important than the moment you are in with each owner/guest.

Always use owners’/guests’ names when meeting, answering questions, making deliveries, greeting, and assisting.

Assist department managers with conducting interviews for prospective Club Service Attendants and Supervisor roles.

Schedule, plan, direct, drive, and coordinate all activities related to in‑town and airport transportation operations.

Assist in all monthly, quarterly, annual maintenance on all vehicles.

Assist in supervising the Club Services department and training, hiring, and keeping employees on task.

Assist in payroll management for the Club Services department.

Report directly to the Club Services Manager and inform them of important matters within the department.

Direct all activity related to dispatching CSAs, routing, and tracking transportation vehicles.

Manage delivering messages, newspapers, departure notices, and requested items to guests and owners.

Monitor operations to ensure that all staff are compliant with One Steamboat Place safety rules, standards, and procedures.

Assist with any company vehicle accidents or incidents and notify the Manager on Duty.

Ensure the CSA completes the correct post‑accident procedures and files accident reports internally and externally with law enforcement (if needed).

Help with insurance claims with OSP and auto insurance carriers.

Maintain cleanliness of the interior and exterior of the OSP transportation fleet.

Maintain cleanliness of common areas such as the tyke’s room, game room, CSA office, main entrance, exterior plaza level, garages, and front driveway.

Maintain the lobby and entryway.

Assist and manage the car valet service to members, owners, and Truffle Pig Restaurant guests.

Assist and manage the delivery of luggage/skis and/or bikes during guest/owner check‑in and check‑out.

Store and secure guest and owner long‑term storage bins/bikes/cars/items; deliver to proper residences on arrival or when called for; remove and store upon check‑out.

Manage and log all incoming shipping and receiving of packages and delivery of those items.

Assist with billing for transportation charges in Opera; manage transportation functions in Alice; create departure notices for airport transportation.

Train employees and assist with building and residence tours for guests/owners unfamiliar with One Steamboat Place.

Perform some basic maintenance tasks within the building and assist housekeeping staff as needed.

Deliver and pick up laundry, trash, towels, soap, or other items to rooms.

Attend manager, safety, and team meetings as required.

Ensure staff are in uniform and look presentable.

Secure garages and front drive from non‑member use.

Assist with end‑of‑season evaluations for the CSA team.

Assist with starting owner stored vehicles on a weekly basis.

Assist with mud‑season projects such as power washing the garages, organizing owner bins and bikes, detailing company fleet vehicles, and sweeping stairwells.

Qualifications Education and Experience

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Must maintain a valid Colorado driver’s license that meets company established driving guidelines.

Prefer at least 3–4 years of driving experience.

Required Knowledge and Skills

Knowledge of resort attractions, events, and restaurants.

Good personal hygiene and clean appearance.

Critical, sound decision‑making abilities.

Current First Aid / CPR / AED certification (or ability to acquire within 3 months).

Knowledge of other Timbers Properties, the Reciprocity Program, and the Timbers collection.

Detail oriented with strong follow‑through.

Ability to determine and recommend appropriate actions or solutions for visitors’ needs.

Effective verbal communication over radio, telephone, or in person.

Interface with resort staff, supervisors, and managers to meet owners’/guests’ needs satisfactorily.

Team‑work orientation.

Physical and Mental Requirements

Mobility to work in an office setting.

Use standard cleaning equipment: brooms, snow shovels, vacuum, car wash supplies, chemicals.

Stamina to stand, stoop, squat, and bend for extended periods of time.

Agility to perform services over an extended period (usually 8‑hour shift).

Must frequently lift, carry, and/or move up to 25 pounds; lift and carry up to 75 pounds on a regular basis.

Vision to read printed materials and computer screen; dexterity for computer equipment.

Hearing and speech to communicate in person, radio, or telephone.

Work Environment

Noise level is usually moderate.

Winter season—exposure to outdoor weather conditions.

Typical shifts are 8 hours; may vary (days, nights, weekends, holidays).
