We’re looking for
a driven, outgoing, and relationship-building rockstar
to join our team as a
Business Development Manager . This role is perfect for new grads who are hungry to learn, love to hustle, and want to make a real impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
Hitting the pavement (literally and digitally) to find and connect with light industrial, skilled trades and clerical prospects and clients that can benefit from our staffing services
Building strong, long-term relationships with clients and understanding their needs
Drive sales cycle from the initial contact through account management
Build strong ties with community organizations
Presenting solutions that truly help — not just sellMarket our value proposition with an ear to trends, competitors, and client needs
Find opportunities to grow service relationships with existing clients
Managing your territory like it’s your own business
Conduct quality reviews and monitor contract compliance
Keep client management system and paperwork up-to-date
Promote a culture of hard work and tenacity
Meeting (and crushing) sales goals with confidence and persistence
Collaborating with your team and leadership to grow your skills and career
Qualifications
A
recent college graduate
(any major is welcome – we care more about your energy than your GPA)
A confident communicator who loves talking to people
Someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and doesn’t wait to be told what to do
A go-getter who isn’t afraid to hear “no” and keeps pushing for the “yes”
A natural relationship builder who genuinely enjoys helping others
Someone who wants their work to matter — to clients, the team, and the company
High energy and enthusiasm
Experience in fast-paced, customer-facing environments
Entrepreneurial spirit and initiative to own your work and drive your success beyond circumstances or rejections
Communication style that's polished and authentic
Grit to go after high-hanging fruit and not rest until you reach it (and grab low-hanging fruit along the way)
Relentless pursuit of new relationships and community connections
Insatiable curiosity to learn client needs and market gaps
An eye on the big picture and how you can impact our business through your own success
Prior experience in a customer-facing sales capacity
